a poem for my best friend :)

for no particular reason, i thought of you today
a friend always there no matter what season or day
i remember the times i'd cry on your shoulder
and the times you'd cry on mine

i'd fondly think of our embarassing moments
even our unusual mistakes bring smiles now
we've been through a lot together
and we'll always be here for each other

though you're far way, you'll always be in my mind
you'll always be in my prayers, in my thoughts, in my heart
whichever path we take as time passes
you'll still be one big part of my life
though we may see many new faces
your smile would still bring comfort

our friendship to me is like a thousand roses
even with a lot of thorns,still remains beautiful
so sweetie,what i'm trying to say is simply this,
for me you'll always be the best! :)
